Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DailyPaw mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Description of Service

DailyPaw is a mobile application designed to help pet owners track and manage their pets' daily care activities, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, grooming sessions, and health monitoring.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

In-App Purchases and Coins

DailyPaw operates on a coin-based system for premium features:

• Coins can be purchased through the Apple App Store
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify coin prices and available features
• Unused coins may expire if the App is deleted or your device is reset

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including:

• Pet profiles and information
• Care tracking data
• Photos and notes
• Personal preferences and settings

By using the App, you grant us the right to store and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Most of your data is stored locally on your device.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:

• Uploading harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with other users' enjoyment of the App

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App or its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your use of the App by deleting it from your device.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App immediately expires
• You must cease all use of the App
• Locally stored data may be lost
• Any unused coins will be forfeited

Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
